Bug fixing and some changes based on player feedback.

-Fixed two game breaking bugs.

-Changed how the timer works so it's not performance dependent.

-Timer now includes decimals.

-The stage button now features best timing.

-Changes on the Heavy Machinegun pickup part so hopefully it's harder to miss.

-Added a slider to tune down the camera shake to the settings menu.
